Through Getuya Coffee Factory, Mwirua Farmers’ Cooperative Society produces fully washed coffees that express the vibrant character of Kirinyaga County. Getuya Factory operates under Mwirua FCS in Central Kenya, at elevations of approximately 1,400–1,600 meters above sea level, where fertile volcanic soils and favourable climatic conditions support the production of high-quality coffee.

The combination of altitude, careful processing, and Kirinyaga’s growing environment results in coffees recognised for their brightness, structure, and clean cup profile.
