The cherries at Sítio Maranhão are generally harvested manually, with careful separation by plot and ripening stage.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eCherries are delivered to the paved patio for drying. In 2023, they installed a small raised bed. This way, they allowed cherries from plots with slower maturation to fully develop their potential. They also invested in a static dryer, complementing their careful natural processing methods.
